RETURNS,EXCHANGES & Cancellations
We are happy to offer a 07-day return policy (fully refundable) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted if:
- 1) Order was damaged in transit.
- 2) Order was Incorrect
If the above exists then you may return the order exactly as you received it, unworn, with original packaging.
Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes the said check we will replace the same product with a new one or we will refund the amount to the original mode of payment.
If you wish to make a return you need to notify us within 7 days of receipt of order. Email us on Support@luxoric.in to notify us.
Note: We will only accept return request for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.
You are required to mail or WhatsApp us a photograph of the damaged/incorrect product. It is the discretion of our QC Team whether the product is approved for return.
Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange for a pick-up.
Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the fresh/correct product.
*We are not responsible for any damaged packages or packages lost in transit. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified of.
THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS:
- 1. Package lost in shipment
- 2. Package refused by recipient
- 3. Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition
- 4. Products returned due to size issues.
- 5. Incorrect delivery address.
- 6. Minor colour difference.
- 7. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way.
- 8. Minor variations in colour & design of the jewellery
- 9. After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email or WhatsApp us at +91-8178021818 at Support@luxoric.in with your order number within 12 hours.
